Career Strategies for Today and Tomorrow

Tania Dimitrova, WG’11, who has worked in healthcare business development since graduating from Wharton, recently made the leap from the director level at Pfizer to chief business officer for Artios Pharma Ltd.—and she believes checking in with Cara Costello, director of alumni services for MBA Career Management, helped her land that new position.

Wanting to take the next step to the C-suite, Tania credits the MBA Career Management office for building her confidence and polishing her interview skills to advance her career.

“Cara and her team have heard it all. They have answers for questions you thought no one could answer,” Tania said. “Their solutions are truly empowering.”
